The PTR-MS autosampler consists of a highly reliable, industrial autosampler that has been modified for optimum interaction with a PTR-MS. We have taken special care of the pattern switch, optimized for trace VOCs. Different modes can be found for static or dynamic evaluation of head-house in pattern vials.

For dynamic and continuous evaluation of the top-house of a vial, the autosampler is equipped with an additional holder to mount the heated inlet hose from the PTR-MS. This allows to connect the PTR-MS inlet capillary to the outlet port of a double needle adapter. The sampling vial is transported to a selected tray place close to the heated hose and subsequently penetrated using the double needle adapter.

The monumental measurement pace of a PTR-MS allows for real-time monitoring or fast pattern evaluation. In the latter case, it may be laborious to manually present samples as fast as the PTR-MS can measure. We have therefore developed an autosampler for the automated analysis of sample vials.

The VITROCELL® Skin Autosampler allows you to take exact samples from the receptor fluid in individually programmable intervals. The collected info is used for website evaluation and to compile statistics. The Login Token is used for the cross-session recognition of users.
